Wrestling Tips when it comes to Moves

Like any sport wrestling has many aspects to it that can confuse a lot of people, especially beginners. Learning all the rules, terms, and wide variety of moves. To some this is a lot to grasp all at once. Especially when it comes to the moves aspect. You have so many choices on what you can learn, that it's kind of overwhelming.

Then when your coaches do start teaching moves, a lot of kids will not be able to remember the steps, or will have poor technique so the move is inaffective, and useless. This can be very frustrating when your struggling with moves, and knowing that a duel or tournament is approaching. If you do find yourself having trouble with moves, or would even like to learn new moves, and expand your variety then here are my wrestling tips.

First if your new to wrestling then start learning moves the summer before the season starts. Then by the time the season rolls around you will have some moves under your belt that you can feel confident with. If you need a list of moves to look at then you can go Here where moves are updated regularly. Also dont try to learn as many moves as you can. Just specialize in a couple so you can master them. By doing these simple wrestling tips it will make the season easier and hopefully more successful. If your also new to wrestling and need to learn the rules and scoring system then go to the same sight listed above.
